DESIGN FOR DIGITAL - Storyboards

On YouTube I found a couple of video, involving storyboards,
most involving "Gorillaz" the animated band,
Storyboards from there videos for their songs.
Others are just some I found around YouTube, supporting the other videos.

DESIGN FOR DIGITAL - YouTube Videos

Here are a collection of my favourite idents and videos I have found around Youtube,
Some include skate videos, typography videos, and a collection of a few others.

Some are inspiring, but look difficult to make, well difficult at my lousy standard of Adobe After Effects.

These first 2 or opening credits from skate videos, and the final two are titles for the films James Bond: Casino Royal and Snatch.

The following videos are typography videos I liked the look of whist searching YouTube.

This final one is amazing, it is all hand crafted and photographs to make the stop motion style.
Representing a scene for, The Matrix.

InDesign, Master Pages

Recently we started using inDesign, we used it a little last year,
but it never really sunk into to my head, so is good to be giving it a go again.

Master Pages, this is what we have focused on, examples below.

Here are a few more focusing on columns,
seeing how much you can stretch it, but still make it eligible.
Two, Three & Four, also using an image.

DESIGN FOR PRINT - What Is Good?

What is Good?
Asked to put together a 2 minute presentation about what we think is good,
my "what is good" is Scrabble.
So straight away I looked into the rules, records and other bits and bobs that
I could use to help put together my presentation.

I didn't want to just re-design the board, unless it had a little twist to it,
and after a while of thinking, I remember mentioning my concept,
"educational and anyone can play it"
Anyone can play it - I asked myself, But can they? Can blind people?
My answer was no.
So it was my intention to design and create Scrabble for the Blind.

For this brief I looked into a load of existing board games for the blind:

This top image, reminded me abit of the idea I have in mind.

I also had a look into packaging for blind people, and how is it different so it is easier for them to adapt:
